I have never heard Vic Joseph. Tom Phillips is fine, up to the point that he is that geeky pretty boy announcer. He doesn't make you care about anything appreciably more. He's another Michael Cole, which is what they want, but it's not the true essence of what a great commentator can be. He's a Jakked/Metal announcer.
