How could they possibly enforce that? Unless WWE has a backdoor deal with Twitch where they got Twitch not to pay any of the wrestlers directly.

They should strike by not showing up for Smackdown, just have a Twitch stream going where they just sit and watch Smackdown.

Also, id love to be a fly on the wall when they try to tell Ronda Rousey that lol
