* According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, the on-going Randy Orton tattoo artist lawsuit against WWE and Take Two will be heading towards a trial by jury. A judge recently ruled in partial favor of a tattoo artist who is suing both companies over claims that they used her tattoo designs for the WWE 2K series games without her permission. The tattoos in question were inked on Orton from 2003 to 2009 and has appeared in WWE's games since then.

* In other lawsuit related news, Epic Games lawsuit against Apple over Fortnite's removal from the App Store recently took another big hit. During a recent preliminary hearing, the judge found Epic to not have been honest about their intentions regarding in-game purchase actions for Fortnite and "lied about it by omission" in regards to them purposely committing a contract breach with their actions to cause the game's removal from the App Store.
