From 11th - 21st January, New Japan are running their annual tour with CMLL "Fantastica Mania". Not as many actual New Japan wrestlers are on the shows
Only guys on the tour still in the game are Liger and NPC Shingo Takagi.
However, there is a special match on the 21st featuring Hiroshi Tanahashi to promote his movie "My Dad Is A Heel Wrestler" where he will be performing as Gokiburi Mask (Cockroach Mask) alongside Taguchi as Ginbae Mask (Fly Mask) to take on the wonderfully named babyface team of SweetGorilla Maruyama (Makabe) and Dragon George (Okada). Will he get pinned? Absolutely not.
Road to New Beginning starts on 26th Jan and the first leg runs to 30th Jan, no cards announced yet. On 30th Jan and 1st Feb are two US specials, cards not announced, but whoever is working these dates are not going to be on the first leg of the tour or the first two main cards, which are...
