Seems ROH's upcoming UK tour is on track to sell just as poorly as their US shows this year based on recent ticket sales.

As of yesterday morning, the combine total for all three events in the UK this October were 224 tickets sold with their London show doing the best at 92 tickets sold (venue holds 1200).

This is the 1,200-seater York Hall in London (Fri 25 Oct). We can't see how many balcony tickets have been sold (unreserved first-come-first-served on seating up there), but we can see they've currently only sold 92 floor seats (grey = sold).

And finally, this is Bolton (well, Horwich, really) on Sun 27 Oct. 73 tickets sold. Local fans would be aware that the building owners are currently in administration and perhaps see buying as a risk (as well as little interest in the product itself).

Voices of Wrestling had a recent article detailing how bad of a decline ROH has been this year with ticket sales to the point they've dropped from being being the #2 promotion in the US last year to now #5 overall based on drawing power.
