* Sony announced that Shawn Layden, Sony Worldwide Studios boss, is leaving the company. No official reason was given and prior to his departure, Layden had spent the past 32 years in the company.

* AlphaDream studios, developer of the Mario & Luigi series, announced they have recently filed for bankruptcy with the official reason due to their serious financial situation ($4.3 million in debt).

* Bethesda is currently rumored to be working on a Fallout series collection set called Fallout Legacy Collection based on a recent listing on Amazon's German website. The set includes six games, a rumored October 25th release date, and only for the PC.
