While this is true, it can’t possibly apply to a company that micro managers and scripts every single thing that happens with zero creative input or any semblance of freedom from the actual talent.
In this case, it’s better that Lee and Kross got let go. They can do well/be used far better elsewhere and still make a good living. It’s a good time to get released, tbh.
