I agree. I don't watch TNA but I can't really imagine why you'd let this guy go. He has one of the best looks out there, and is very seasoned. Probably just a lack of him not standing out enough with his abilities to get a big run outside of a small indie company.
WWE pretty much lost interest in him twice when they had him. First when his "Master Lock" aura was broken and the other time when he lost muscle mass because he wasn't on roids anymore.
