There are 3 logical choices from where I am sitting.

If Cena and Joe aren't fighting, either would be a good final opponent for Kurt.

The other one would be AJ, but looks like he is already slated to face Orton.

Aside from those 3, there are quite a few that could get a good match out of Kurt, but don't feel like a Wrestlemania match.

The only one that MIGHT be able to get built up enough between now and Mania and would get a good match out of Kurt would be Lashley. I don't think WWE would be willing to play up the TNA history though, which would help build the match.
