And I’m not sure they’re entirely upset about that.

Is NXT still shown on the Network (I guess via Peacock now?). I think it’s always been the case that a slice of the younger audience watches via that. If they already had it for NXT pre-USA, PPVs and the library, it may just be easier access for some of them that further justifies staying subscribed. Or they just don’t have cable.

When Meltzer and the like talk about the average age of that NXT audience, they’re talking about the age of the audience that watches on USA. And sure, that might have skewered up since the changeover. But it’s still this slightly disingenuous extrapolation from the data.
