Do you have the latest version of Carlzillas mod suite? Keep in mind that you can't update Carlzilla's mod suite from the patcher. You have to manually download it and replace the old Carlzilla.dll file with the new one.

Make sure you are decompressing the whole .rar file. There are folders that the game needs for the mods to work right.

Inside the Ringmats folder in the .rar file, there will be two folders. One for Arenas, and one for cages. Take those folders, and put them in the Ringmats folder in your Firepro Directory.

So parts files, which are the turnbuckle pad textures, just go in the Ringmats folder with the mat textures. Any ramp or stage parts need to be put into the arena folder. Inside the arena folder you will have six folders, each corresponding to the six arenas available. You want to put the stage, ramp, and floor parts into the arena they belong to. Each folder comes with the default texture files inside, and it's easy to tell which folder is for which arena by looking at the stage file inside, but here's a guide just in case:

AR00- Big Garden
AR01- SCS Arena
AR02- Mexican Arena
AR03- Spike Dome
AR04- Korakuen Hall
AR05- Dojo

Now the next part is important. Your Ring name, parts file, stage file, floor file, and arena file all have to be named with the same name. So for instance if you're doing NXT, the in game ring name has to be NXT. Then the Mat texture has to be NXT.png. The parts file will be NXT_parts.png. Here's some pictures to illustrate it for you.

Here is the Ringmats Folder. You can see the NXT mat texture, and in the row beneath it, the turnbuckle parts file, named appropriately.

Now here is the AR01 file. Again all parts named appropriately. The only file I downloaded in this image is the stage file. For the floor and arena texture files, I copied the default textures and renamed them to go with the other NXT resources. This is because the game loads the sections of an arena in a specific order, and if you just add the stage file it won't work. Here's what it should look like.

Finally once you start the game, go into the Mat Textures window and hit the ringside textures tab. Go to the arena you are changing and choose the arena.png file you made in the arenas folder.

Now it all should work.

Let me know if you're having anymore issues.
