Yes it is. It was a personal attack. Saying it's a "you problem" is obviously meant to imply that I'm doing something wrong. You damn well know how that wording was intended to be interpreted.

You could say, "Maybe this type of navigation system isn't for you". But instead, it was a direct attack on me in an obviously aggressive, confrontational and dismissive tone.

There's no reason to be a dick.
