Weighed in yesterday at 222lbs. Lowest I've weighed in so far. Pretty good for having a bad month 5-6 and kicking it back up for 6-7.
Going to focus a bit more on lowering my calorie intake to about 1,500 a day until I get where I want. Then I will start pumping mass protein calories.
Will try to weigh in about every 2 weeks to make sure I'm still making progress.
