Doubt it although he might perform a lot better due to having more training under his belt and unlike last time, didn't have an injury or two interfere with his development.
Punk's biggest value for UFC is being able to bring in a sizeable wrestling crowd for hype and events but if he loses badly again, him as a draw is pretty much over. If he wins, UFC could parlay that into a 3rd fight to squeeze more from his wrestling drawing power.
