After getting around to watching the rest of the Smash part of Nintendo's Direct, I'd rate this year's conferences as MS > Ubisoft/Sony > Nintendo > Devolver > Bethesda > Square > EA.

Nintendo's biggest problem was they focused way too much on the new Smash to the point it should have been its own separate Direct episode. They did show a few other things I found interesting like that new Mech game, Overcooked 2, and the new Mario Party game ditching the group car.
