* PC - all the raw and new talent

Non-TV NXT would become the new official developmental system instead of simply being the hidden part of NXT.
That is what I figure I'm just seeing so much Evolve crossover I feel they will start to identify as a development, and I think it would be good considering they have an audience already. WWE can just start sending those who they'd send to NXT TV to Evolve, and when they are ready at Evolve they get the call up to Raw, NXT or Smackdown.
