There's certain wrestling shit that mainstream people love. The first two names that spring to mind are Ric Flair and Randy Savage. Especially their 80s stuff.

Savage because of how psychedelic he was and Flair because he was a rockstar.


I don't necessarily disagree with you at all. But it's not like no wrestling things appeal to the mainstream. Yeah, a 6-star classic between kenny omega and mike quakenbush won't do the trick... but there's certain elements of pro wrestling that do appeal to the masses.

Also, mainstream folks seem to get a kick out of the Rock. I'd say Steve Austin too.
