The shady stuff with WWE's developmental system isn't new considering they turned a blind eye to the bad stuff Bill Demott was doing back then until it became too public to ignore. That is very plausible. At the same time, it's just something so specifically weird that you'd think that there would be certain folks who would have had no reason NOT to put on full blast (Santino hinted at some things to his face, as well). Between him, the little snide comments from Trash Canella, etc. You'd have thunk it would have been a huge thing to go with against such a relatively soft target.
