* According to a report from website TechRaptor, the reason why Ubisoft changed the name of their upcoming action adventure game Gods & Monsters to Immortals Fenyx Rising was due to beverage company Monster Energy had filed an opposition to Ubisoft's trademark for Gods & Monsters. Ubisoft decided it would be easier on their end to just change the name of their game instead of having to deal with a potentially costly legal battle and delays to keep the game's original name.
