Portmanteau word of "cheese" (from Destor's user title) and "Nerevarine". The latter is what your adventurer ends up being named by the 3 tribes of Vvardenfell in Morrowind after completing a set task or trial by a tribes Wise Woman who is their leader. It's also the title bestowed upon the adventurer by the Dædric goddess Aura once you successfully claim a certain ring. You then go on to get what you need for a fight with Dagoth Ur in his own area. Defeating him cements you as the Nerevarine/Lord Nerevar/Nerevar Moon-and-Star.
