A lawsuit has been filed against the sale, likely because of the concern WWE was sold undervalued to a buyer who was willing to allow Vince to retain significant control.

It is basically the same thing we all said about the idea of WWE being sold to Saudi Arabia, because Vince would only choose them because they would put Vince right back in charge.
All it would take is proof of a better bid and things would get real interesting.
