It is basically the same thing we all said about the idea of WWE being sold to Saudi Arabia, because Vince would only choose them because they would put Vince right back in charge.

All it would take is proof of a better bid and things would get real interesting.
Technically this is just the announcement of an investigation by a law firm on behalf of shareholders. No lawsuit has been filed. At least not yet.
