I honestly don't see why WWE doesn't just drop either the US or IC title so there is only one midcard belt and then bring in the Cruiserweight belt again. They've got a metric shit-ton of guys that would be amazing in such a division right now, and a Cruserweight division would be leagues more entertaining and important than midcard title #2 that always gets buried.
