Mandy (2018) - 7/10

Obviously very influenced by David Lynch movies... but not as good or strange or funny. Very very cool visually and some sweet specific parts, but found myself bored for a chunk of it and the story was pretty standard. Would have been better if it was like 30 mins shorter.


Hereditary (2018) - 6/10

Was fine... I liked it but not that much. Maybe it was overhyped to me. The story felt pretty standard again, but I did like the twist on it. Felt bored for a lot of it though... I don't really like horror movies...


Get Out (2017) - 6/10

Same as above, maybe my expectations were too high. Felt like a pretty average/standard movie to me and "nothing special." Even without the hype, I would have probably given it the same rating... Was "alright" / "pretty good."
