1) Cancelled games related news:

• Rare recently revealed some details regarding a canceled Conker game which would have been called Conker: Gettin' Medieval and meant for the original Xbox.

• According to Guillermo del Toro, Junji Ito was hired to help work on the Silent Hills P.T. project prior to its cancellation. Ito is famous in Japan for his horror themed manga books and was likely working on horror related imagery for the project.

2) Microsoft announced a series of Xbox One bundles will be arriving later this year with the first bundle revealed to be a Tomb Raider reboot themed one. Overall five bundles will be officially revealed during this week.

3) SALES:

• Nintendo announced several 3DS games will be getting discounts as part of the budget Nintendo Selects line. At the moment, only Europe is getting these discounts.

• Swedish retailer GamersGate is holding a Ubisoft themed sale for PC games from now till October 2nd with a new batch of games added every 48 hours (or so).
