That would be tricky to design. Even MK dropped that gimmick for Shang once they normally hit 20+ characters. But I do like the idea of a vampirific character who can zap life (perhaps to himself or teammates). All the characters are based on super science so such a character would be translated into some cyborg thing. But basically a vampire taking souls and such.

Oh here's some Sombra fun. I love her.
