Something had to have happened very recently in order for him to get fired.
Considering some of the stuff done on tv in recent months, couldn't have just been the midget incident or else Vince would have pulled the plug on his push and his job a lot sooner.
Supposedly him and Enzo were the two most despised people backstage for various reasons but even that didn't really affect their status on tv.
