They're calling this a home console. Realistically, merging the two is the best thing because Nintendo's output won't be split so you'll get the big console experiences and...

Stuff like Pokemon. I'm guessing next years will still be 3DS, but after that it's Switch or nothing.
Nothing concrete on price, but most sources guess $300 or under.
