To be fair a bit, WWE's recent tv contracts in the UK have been pretty bad in terms of network reach which shouldn't be the case for a company of their size and status. The new one with BT Sport is a step backwards from their prior contract with Sky Sports in terms of home coverage.

Even TNA/Impact regularly does better than WWE despite their recent struggles in the US simply because the networks carrying them have a better reach and better time spot for their shows.

AEW managing to get ITV right from the start gave them a huge advantage over NXT and WWE's other shows in general. Even in Canada, AEW regularly gets better numbers than NXT because of how NXT is treated over there.

Think even ROH might have done better numbers than WWE in the UK until recently.
