OK, so I get home and sign on, first of all my phone line doesn't work, so I'm on the first line. Now the real problems, I go online, and everything is reallly reallly slow. First I look into "Control Alt Delete" and find that there are like 20 programs runnings, and I don't know what most of them are. They are all under the username "System" instead of mine, and I can't terminate them. I am almost positive they haven't always been there.
Then I look into "My Documents" and realize there are about 1000 random files, all shit like STFF.IDX All of them are IDX, is that a virus? I am trying to run Norton but its going slow and im stubborn, should I just manually delete them? What do I do??? Dont Mess With Kids |

It sounds like a virus or spyware. Run Norton and download a spyware detector and run it.

Yep, sounds like a virus to me. I'm not sure what would be the best way to fix that since you said you've ran anti-virus software and it didn't help. Try this site. http://www.5starsupport.com They offer fast free tech support. All you gotta do is fill out the form explaining what's wrong and within a few minutes you'll start getting replies from different people. 'Cause the form goes to everybody in a particular group on 5 Star Support. They are really helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend you give it a try. It can't hurt. Let me know if you get it fixed. Good luck.
