It was hard to not vote for Whine Up because I was at that SummerSlam. However, I went with Ready to Roll. I thought that was a perfect song for SummerSlam.

Highway to Hell and Summertime Blues are the only "stand out" themes to me. Highway to Hell wins.

You Gotta Move barely beat Highway to Hell. Highway to Hell is a great song, but You Gotta Move is just so... summery.

I can't remember getting more amped up for a PPV than I was for the Highway to Hell SummerSlam. And I'm sure the song had a lot to do with it. So that's my vote.

Highway to Hell is probably my favorite all-time AC/DC song ever, not to mention it made a great theme for SS '98, so I went with it.

The first Summerslam theme is what i consider the official theme or The Royal Rumble. So, I vote for 1990-1994, feel the heat?!

Fuck voting for Little Spike Dudley's theme. That's not a theme, that's a song.

Wow. Unlike Wrestlemania, SummerSlams older themes just do not compare! The SummerSlam PPV needs summery music. Either they have cheasy midi files or heavy metal music ...Only a couple choices are actually summery type songs.


I chose 2005's Remedy because it is the SS I have seen the most and like how they used the song. But personally I liked Summertime Blues, Bodies & Highway to Hell too.

Really stuck between Highway to Hell and Fight. While Highway to Hell was easily my favorite SummerSlam and set the tone for one of my favorite hype videos, Fight worked so well for SummeSlam 2002, especially when it was used for Michaels/Hunter.
