Geometry Wars PC/360

Just a minor question, but anyone have both? I ended up with the PC version because of one of Steam's bundles and is it me, or is it a lot more intense than the 360 version?

It occurred to me this could be an optical illusion, since one thing that happens on my notebook is the explosions start to wash the screen after a while, effectively reducing my capacity to shoot shit in time, but holy hell, everything seems fast, and it seems like there are more enemies sooner.

Not that I'm complaining. Once you get the 200,000 and higher achievements in the XBLA version, it gets tedious to go back and do it from scratch. With the faster-seeming spawns, it's only tedious for that first minute or two.

“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”
