E-mail problems

So I use my website's mail service as my mail account.
However, I have a problem sending mail (I use outlook express, as I can't find office xp to install outlook xp).
I can recieve mail with no problems, it's just that whenever I try to send anything I get the following:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Jonny', Server: 'mail.rahindeed.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

I've tried setting up the accounts (there's 2) again, and I've tried sending other emails to myself (just to see if it's the one email playing up or not), but they don't work either.

The last emails I sent (about 3 days ago) generated an error message when I tried sending them, but then I tried again and it worked straight away.
I've been trying to send this email for about 5 hours now (on and off)

Any ideas?
