Yeah, it's picking up from where it left off back in 1997. Same base roster, but with a few new additions, namely Bishop, Sunspot, and a redesigned Morph and Magneto. 10 episodes are scheduled for the first new season, with another season already greenlit

Wish they had gone more retro on the animation, but knew that they wouldn't. I'll still check it out.
