Yeah, it's crunk and it's got like 50 different meanings depending on who you ask and where you ask. Here it can mean hype, brain, fucked, fight, ect. But I know some parts of LA people see it as high or drunk. Depends on the group that uses it.

Crunk is anything that gets you hyped and rowdy. Really would like to know what parts of LA consider being crunk as high or drunk. Being crunk is assosiated with coke, since it gets you hyper and wired up.
