No Way Out Press Conference

No Way out Press conference at the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh , PA. There were about 300 or so fans on hand.

Michael Cole hosted

Announcements:

Batista will be at No Way Out according to Teddy Long!!

Rey Mysterio and Eddie Gurerro will face the Basham Brothers for the tag titles

Torrie annouced that the Divas will have some sort of beauty competition at the PPV.

Wrestlers in attendence:
Kurt Angle, Booker T, Big Show, Rey Mysterio, Torrie Wilson, John Cena, Eddie Gurerro

Everyone had about 2-3 minutes to talk about their match at the PPV. Booker and Cena both talked as if they would win the match at Smackdown. Michael Cole hyped the barbed wire steel cage match.

Pretty cool event, overall.

Thoughts..

Eddie/Rey for Tag Titles a bit intresting...
Batista at the PPV? they must be havin 2nd thoughts about the Main Event carrying the PPV


Any thoughts u guys have?

I'm saddened that there has to be some piss break crappy div beauty crap cause it's all so pointless and helps nothing at all.

Eddie/Rey for the tag titles make very little sense. I mean Rey has been gettin the best of Eddie those times and Eddie looked like he was gonna get him. now he's teamin with him for the tag titles?

Batista at the event? I predicted that after the first Raw after Royal Rumble. No secret to that. I'm not really all that psyched about this event really.

Rey vs. Eddie at 'Mania would be brilliant. To put those two on the biggest stage and allow them to have a great match would be perfect (remember Havoc '97?)
