two questions about the movie casino
I watched it today, but didn't pay close attention to a couple parts that maybe I should have. Joe Peshi is banned from all the casinos but he's in them numerous times. Do they just stop caring cause he's the man in Vegas?

At the end what was the reasoning behind killing him was it ace's doing or the bosses in the east that wanted him dead?

I don't remember. Seen it mad long ago.

I think he was allowed in the casino because he was with Ace, so they stopped bothering him.
