PPVs you like yet not alot of others like?

What's a ppv that you like, yet others think is a shitty card or a shitty ppv?

For me it'd be WrestleMania XV. It was my first WrestleMania so it was special for me, It had the HIAC match, I mean by HIAC standerds it sucked, but it was the first HIAC match I saw so it was awesome. Rock Vs. Austin is a underrated match IMO. Everything leading up to it was awesome.

Anyways post yours.

I thought Wrestlemania XV was amazing, and I'm shocked to hear people think its shitty. It had one of the most anticipated and exciting main events ever. The midcard shown off was excellent. And the storylines and matches leading up to it were phenomenal. It was the height of the attitude era.

I liked Survivor Series 99

Has anybody on here said WMXV was crap? Personally I don't think it was amazing, but the main event was great and overall it was alright.

I reckon Backlash 2000 was amazing. A lot of people have commented before about how they didn't like the clusterfuck booking and ending, but I loved it. The card has Edge and Christian vs Road Dogg and X-Pac, Eddie vs Essa Rios, Malenko vs Scotty2Hotty, Big Show vs Angle, Benoit vs Jericho and Rock vs HHH with Shane McMahon as special guest referee

Wrestlemania 9. It wasn't brilliant, in fact a long way off. It was the first Wrestlemania I ever watched. The reason I like it is more for nostalgia than anything else.

Fully Loaded 2000 was okay too.

First Mania I got to see as it happened, watch the build up for it... it was awesome. And I loved the outdoor arena too.

I certainly liked WM XV...it would probably make my top 5 Manias ever.

As for PPVs that I like that no one else seems to, eh, I won't go into old late 80's early 90's NWA/WCW stuff since most of you have probably never seen them and have no base of referance. So I guess I'll go with Slamboree 2000. A decent event totally over shadowed by the fucking Triple Cage with David Arquette as Champion. Flair/Douglas (which the decade build up got me legit excited), Steiner/Gen.Rection, Sting/Vampiro, it was a real solid entertaining PPV that seems to get shat upon for it's main event. Fully Loaded '98 was another good PPV...even if the ME was a Tag Title match...

King of the Ring 2000 was the first pay per view I bought when I had gotton back into wrestling, and while it could have been so much more, it remains a sentimental favorite of mine.

Fully Loaded 2000 was very underrated. It had that great HHH vs. Jericho Last Man Standing Match.

No Mercy 2001, had a good Booker T vs Undertaker match on it and the triple threat match (Austin, RVD, Angle) for the WWF title.

Fully Loaded was one of the great PPVs ever in my opinion. The triple main events were awesome. It was great to see Angle, Jericho and Benoit getting that push against the established veterans. Not to mention the whole undercard and tag division was great too.
