Ok, I'm probably the only one who cares because, for one reason or another, I'm a fan of Chris Masters. But that Lashley Masterlock challenge just ruined a perfectly good gimmick, and on top of that had the most anti-climatic finish ever. Lashley's on one knee, he gets to his feet, breaks the hold, Masters leaves.

Now, I know that it's not hard to discredit the full-nelson as a finishing move, even though the fans have accepted stranger things in the past, but Masters did make the hold look somewhat convincing.

And my last problem is that with the hold "officially" broken Masters, who plays an amazing cocky-heel (see strut/everything else he does), has nothing to be cocky about, thanks to Lashley (and steroids, hooray shrinkage innuendo's!)

Alright, and that's me being kinda mark-ish for this evening.

I know man, Kyle just told me and I was like WTF? What the hell is WWE doing, they already pretty much destroyed Masters Character now they outright killed it I mean I know I was never a huge Masters fan, but this pissed me right off. They ruined a fun part of a gimmick to put over the Champion of a dying brand slightly. FUCK YOU WWE, FUCK YOU.

I understand why they did this, but it still sucks dick. Hopefully they have Chris Masters win the ECW World Championship off Lashley on Sci-Fi this week, just so he doesn't look like the biggest pussy in the world. Have Shane McMahon cost Lashley the match, and then let Bobby and Shane go at in on RAW, with Shane bumping like shit for Lashley.

Who fucking cares? I'm glad the masterlock is done with. It's finally decisively been broken. It's almost as boring as the wrestler who delivers it. If you're floundering enough to rely off something as shit as this, and can't recover or come up with anything new, then your career deserves to go in the tank (more so).

I don't see the outcry. At least Lashleys beginning to show some semblance of being over.

Yea but who cares? The masterlock challenge sucked, and was beginning to suck more. Lashleys in the midst of a massive push and coming up on a big Wrestlemania match.

I say having him break it DID employ logic. When did you expect it to be broken, in the main event of a ppv? And by who? Woudl you rather it be by someone who didn't need any rub? Then it'd be "where's the logic?"

Fuck the Masterlock. This was a good move.

Yes, just like Cena making Benoit tap - an excellent move.

Chris Master's was finished anyway, as is Eugene. All three things that happened on Raw involved wrestlers who have absolutely nothing else to do. So, if the breaking of the Masterlock means something and helps put Lashley 'over' then it proves how shit the WWE has become.
