A Benoit/Cor Von fued would be superb

I'd take Benoit/Burke too.

And these are being realistic, I mean, I would like to see Benoit fued with another real ECW guy but there is "No Chance In Hell" of that happening.

Just a wild guess but maybe they'll hold an "Extreme Tournament". I have a feeling though that CM Punk and Benoit will team up in the future and take on Burke and Cor Von.
