Here is something I just don't get
Why does on screen/story line management hate John Cena? I mean I could understand Coach doesn't like him because Coach has been there since Bischoff. And Bischoff hated Cena, and since Coach was Bischoffs assistant, Coach could still not like Cena for any other reason than that. But what about McMahon? There isn't much reason for them to be hostile towards each other.

Also, I'm not so sure the characters really hate Cena. They've just seen him go through so much that they're trying to think of creative ways to dethrone him...I guess....I dunno...

I don't really give a shit if you guys like Cena or not, but the fact remains he will go down as a legend. Call me a fool or a mark, whatever I like what I want to like. Cena is a solid wrestler who consistantly puts on the best matches on the show, if you say im wrong, well how about you look at every ppv he has main evented in the last nine months and prove me wrong.

Rumble 07 vs Umaga - best match aside from the Rumble possibly
NYR vs Umaga - again, best match
No Way Out w/HBK vs Batista and Taker best match
WM vs HBK best match
and so on and so on...

A real sport? Hogan couldn't wrestle his way INTO a paper bag, and he was getting great reactions for the longest fucking time. He STILL gets great reactions, which is beyond me. Cena is FAR more talented than Hogan.

You're right, though. Hogan was losing his appeal before the nWo, but I'm pretty sure he had been around YEARS more than Cena. Do you guys think that a Cena heel turn would have the same effect on Cena that it did on Hogan? It seems to me people have already made up their minds that they don't want to like Cena, no matter what he does.

I have no doubt Cena's only doing it because he's a professional. Though it's dishgeartening that a professional would smile and wave while fans were turned away in droves, but that's not really my call.
