Got it, 5 or 6 tries... Not that hard tbh, I thought it meant that you had to jump out of the plane in a minute... I had 10 seconds left thinkign I wasn't going to make it, then boom 30 seconds to jump out...
all I did was use my flash bangs and shoot my way through

This is how i did it...
Sprint to the guy in the toilet and stab him... shoot the guy inside the room chuck a flash in the room so they are all dazed then reload. carry on running kill a few guys and then take the right route and go behind chairs...
I then waited for the plane to blow up and chucked a flash, then I killed them all and ran up stairs, chucked a flash killed the guys, chucked a flash into the next room, killed the guys ran forward killed 2 guys, killed the guy holding hostage. 10 seconds left, objective complete. then I jumped out
