Family Guy in a fucking landslide, that's by far the best show in history, and ONLY show in history that has made me laugh out loud in EVERY episode EVERY time I watch them (which is quite often thanks to the DVDs). I like Chapelle's show, but it's absolutely NOTHING compared to FG. I like Space Ghost and South Park better than Chapelle's show, actually, but even they can't top FG.

It's close, but I'd go with Chapelle's Show. Mostly because I've seen almost every FG episode atleast 4-5 times and it gets old after a while.
