think back to May 23, 1999
now if they had the Money in the Bank match back then and say Edge had won it at WM, and lets just say Owen Hart was the champ as the blue blazer. Could he have cashed in the Money in the Bank the night of the fall?? That would be a guaranteed win. bring on the neg rep!

I'm going to answer the question here. Yes, that would be an ingenious plan by the Money in the Bank winner. I'm not sure all of the referees and doctors would've let Edge through for the win though. If they didn't, he could have some huge speech about injustice and what not.
