Cactus Jack Question

I was watching Mick Foley: Greatest Hits and Misses dvd and I'm one of thos old school foley fans, so I've remember when he was looking for a tag patner and always getting jobbers and partners and the kicking their a$$ when they lost. I remember his matches with vader, kevin sulliven sp?, and so on...

Anyways I recall a "Loser Leaves WCW" match between kevin and Cactus, and Cactus lost.

My question is, I know its a storyline but why did Mick leave WCW?

Generally Mick wasn't happy in WCW, not happy at all, mainly to do with the booking, i think it was Bischoff who had just taken over, he didn't really have a huge problem with Bisch, but he didn't get pushed nearlly as much as he used to with the bookers before hand. So he decided to work in the Indys than work for a company he hated, which you got to respect. He then did a bunch of stuff in japan and then ECW and goign between the 2 until WWF picked him up in 96
