Expression Web 3
ok, years ago I used to use front page for basic web design, I have no knowledge of html and other coding not the time/patience to learn.
It seems the current version is called "Expression Web 3" I need to do some basic webs sites, with contact forms for people to fill out (which in return the info gets e-mailed to me or some type of notification that I have new info). A few photos, nothing fancy, might be more then 1 page, might not... So, anyone use Expression Web 3? Is it what I need? should I drop the $150 or is there something better around the same price or cheaper. Keep in mind I have very little graphic design skills, so the easier the better. |

I don't really know much about it but I know Front Page was fucking awful. You should absolutely not spend $150 on it.
The "industry standard", other than coding the HTML on your own, is to use Adobe Dreamweaver along with Adobe Photoshop. If you don't mind downloading "pirated software", you can find it here: http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5069...#91;Zeus64068]. You can also get Photoshop there too. Or if you want to "try before you buy" with Expression Web, http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5066...o_3_DreamSpark |

I used frontpage for my website when I had it. If you are going down the complete novice route, I got my contact forms as a free website add on from bravenet.
