Yeah for absurdly masculine you need someone who raps about either 'real life' ish or something else dark and moody. 'Bling' in itself is pretty 'queer' in my opinion, superficial and not tough and 'manly' in the slightest.

Thing is, this bling obsession seems to be dying down now that rappers are investing (50 Cent, Jay-Z) and shit like youtube helps people get inexpensive videos get massive exposure (Soulja Boy).
