Free imaging software?
I want to download something legally that's free and relatively easy to use. I'm doing something professional, so I don't want to be breaking laws, but it's going to be low fi, and it doesn't need to be too spiffy or anything.
Anyone got anything? “There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”--John Rogers |

I'd go with GIMP. Does almost everything Photoshop can do except for a few print-related things. Really, unless you're doing an entire magazine or something it would definitely suffice.

Downloaded gimp.
Just need to figure it out. I suck at software. By the way, is it me, or do computers not come with even PAINT anymore? |
