I think he's a road agent. He officially retired a few years back, but has stayed on board as a staff member. I think I remember reading that he and Fit Finlay were training the divas so that their matches looked better. Gotta say it's been working.

Yeah each agent has a role with a certain type. Fit does the women wrestling, Arn does tag teams, Lanza does main event matches, etc.
