TBH, I don't think it's fair. The Colts haven't even sweated while playing very good teams. They haven't even so much as flinched against anyone. What the hell is this? They should be tested for Steroids. All of them. The playoffs this year will be so boring, it will be "Who loses to the Colts" and "Who will win the right to lose to the Colts in the superbowl?"

Unless, of course, Manning proves, once again, that he cannot win in January.

Also, do you think Wayne has any chance of being a #1 WR? I mean Peerless Price thought he was #1-worthy... and Wayne is one of Manning's 5 top targets... not hard to get stats with him.

Exactly.

ROFL

Gregg Bell, of the Associated Press, reports the Seattle Seahawks were told by the NFL that referee Larry Nemmers made a couple errors in the Week 12 game against the New York Giants. The NFL said touchdown catches by Giants TE Jeremy Shockey and WR Amani Toomer should not have been ruled completions.

I can agree with them saying that Shockey's play wasn't a touchdown but Toomer definitely got his catch. His left foot was planted in bounds and his right toe dragged the back of the endzone all while maintaing possession. Shockey's was quite questionable and I even thought so during the game but Toomer definitely caught the ball and got his feet in.

From ESPN.com

The NFL on Tuesday defended two touchdown calls by officials during the Seattle Seahawks 24-21 overtime win against the New York Giants on Sunday.

Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren had said Monday that the league had admitted officiating errors to the team.

"I had a conversation with the league, and there were mistakes that were made, which we felt at the time," said Seattle coach Mike Holmgren.
The league, however, strongly denied any second-guessing about two Giants touchdown passes.

"The report that the NFL informed the Seahawks of officiating mistakes on two Giants touchdown receptions is inaccurate," the league said in a statement.

"Our officiating department never discussed with the Seahawks the Amani Toomer touchdown reception, which was properly called. The Jeremy Shockey touchdown catch at the end of the first half was not overturned because the referee determined that there was insufficient visual evidence to reverse the call."

Holmgren's disclosure as a potential violation of league policy, which says that a coach is not allowed to publicly divulge confidential conversations with the officiating department, ESPN's Chris Mortenson reported. Holmgren may be subject to a fine and his access to the officiating office could be restricted for a limited amount of time.

THANK GOD those touchdowns were upheld.

Who knows what the outcome of the game would have been otherwise.

I was just saying because Outlaw posted otherwise. I found it interesting the NFL would say the calls were incorrect then pull a 180 and state the opposite.

Oh and I don't know if anyone caught it, but I was watching ESPN News I think and Dre' Bly was saying how he has been frustrated ever since joining the Lions. Then whoever was interviewing him asked him if he had to blame one person who would it be, he responded with the quarterback, saying that whenever a team does bad the QB position is looked at first and that the QB hasn't been playing well. Ouch.

Would anything Millen does really shock you?

I mean, clearly he's the worst GM in the NFL, the firing of Mooch was just horrible.

His first coaching choice was bad, his drafting has been bad, his free agency has been bad... How the heck he got an extention is beyond me.

It will be interesting to see what coach ends up there... Would a top coach really want the job knowing what you have to deal with? Or will someone go just for a big pay day?

As for Mooch... Stl could be a nice fit for him.

If Harrington walked up to Dre Bly in the lockeroom and cold cocked him, he would become my second favorite quarterback next to Peyton Manning, despite himself. But he wont because he's a giant vagina.

If martz can't make it back, STL would be perfect IF they wanted to go that way... I think maybe he should try going to Baltimore to give a defensive team some offensive life? Though lord knows Billick is an offensive genius, so who knows.

All I know is that if Joey tried punching Dre Bly, he'd miss. Wait, Bly's a D-Back... maybe he'd land one to the D-Back, or his Fullback, but never one of his receivers.

It doesnt matter. What has Dre Bly done? Who the fuck is Dre Bly to call out one person and blame that one person for the shitty ass team the Lions have. Oh lets not talk about how horrible there Offensive line is. Lets brush under the rug how horrible Jeff Garcia was in the preseason , before he got injured and also how shitty he is after coming back. Ofcourse when Garcia is in there they will roll out the O line excuse, but if Harrington is in there they say its because he sucks, because its easy to take shots at Harrington. Somewhere down the line it became the popular thing. No one ever talks about Millens shitty attemp to build a decent offensive line for Harrington. No one talks about the fact that Williams and Rodgers have missed damn near 20 games combined and there 1st round pick last year hadnt played football in almost 2 years. Never mind the fact that they used a 1st round pick on a runningback that cant run between the tackles if his life depended on it and should be considered nothing more then a glorified kick returner and not a star running back. I didnt hear any of this coming from Dre Bly's mouth. Nope just Joey Harringtons fault. Fuck Dre Bly. He's a fucking bitch. He needs to be punched in the face for saying stupid shit like that.

Oh where was Jeff Garcia's backbone when T.O was calling him gay? Yes lets start Jeff Garcia. The guy that on the Thanksgiving game, saw a flag get thrown and proceeded to loft the ball directly in the air as if he was tossing a 20 yard hail mairy from his own 30. Only to be intercepted and " luckily" called defensive pass interference. What a moron. Harrington is a better QB period.

Take a look at the QBs that have come out of Joey Harrington's college and you might notice a pattern.

Well not his college, but his college coach. I forget most the examples but I know one of them is Kyle Boller. I heard Aaron Rodgers was doing horrible in Green Bay camp, but I guess you can't really say anything until he actaully plays a snap in the NFL.

I dont think Boller or Rodgers went to Oregon. I may be wrong on this , but i think Boller went to Iowa and Rodgers went to Cal.

Question:

When was Joey Harrington?

Another question: When was Jeff Garcia?

Not trying to make excuses... but Garcia has played in two pro bowls, has set records, and has come a long way. Joey pretty much had the world handed to him. Is he getting a rough time of things, since Millen is an idiot and refuses to put money into that line? Maybe. But as far as toughness goes, I'll pick Garcia.

She's not good enough for Terrell Owens. Rosenhaus would make him hold out for someone hotter.

Anyone that hot with anyone that gay is obviously a beard. And yeah, if you're going to argue Garcia is better, you probably think BJ is better than Pep... and if that's the case, I have a knife with your name on it. I wrote your name in magic marker.
